Advanced Healthcare Directive

In today’s medical world, every person should have an Advanced Healthcare Directive, otherwise known as the Medical Power of Attorney. This document informs your medical caregivers and loved ones as to the care you elect to receive or not receive in circumstances near the end of life.  Additionally, our attorneys will help you determine the proper person to serve as your agent when it comes to making non-end-of-life medical decisions when you are not able to do so.
