Living Trust General Information
Trustee(s):
The living trust names the Trustors of the trust as initial trustees.  If you are married, you and your spouse will be the trustees and trustors of the trust.  If you desire to have some person act as initial Trustee other than yourself, please provide the name here:

Alternate Trustee:
Name a person here to serve as successor trustee (required).  This person can be one of your adult children

Distributions:
The trust provides for distributions as you decide during your lifetime.  At your death, if you are married, the trust would remain in effect for your spouse.  After the death of both spouses the property would go to your children. That portion left to your minor children would be left in trust until the an age you specify below.
If you have no children, please state who is to receive the property contained in the trust at your death, or the death of you and your spouse, if you are married.
Trustee terminate:
The trust is established to provide that your trustee will manage your estate and make distributions to your children based upon their needs until the children reach a certain age.  This blank is for the age of your children at which your trustee will distribute the assets of the trust to your children outright. i.e. 21, 24,  etc. You decide the age at which you feel your children should be given your estate.
