Mike joined Adams & Edens, P.A., in 1997. He has practiced law for more than 23 years. In addition to his active litigation and family law practice, Mike serves as the City Prosecutor for the City of Flowood, Mississippi, and as the Assistant Rankin County Prosecutor.
As a certified mediator listed concurrently with the Mississippi Bar’s Court Annexed Mediators, Mike qualifies to handle all civil matters, including domestic disputes.
Mike and his wife, Carol, who is a retired former Chief of Police and former administrator with the Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy, have a son, Patrick, who is a second year law student at Florida State University. As a Florida native, Mike is an avid water sports enthusiast, enjoying scuba diving, boating, and harvesting alligators through the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks’ annual alligator control program. Mike believes that it is his duty, as a graduate of Florida State University, to assist in the control of gators wherever they may be found.
