Brad joined Adams & Edens, P.A., in 1995. He leads the firm’s Lender Services group. He also writes for the firm’s Lender’s Rights Blog.

Brad focuses his legal practice on the areas of non-judicial and judicial foreclosures, as well as secured creditor representation in bankruptcy courts around the State of Mississippi.  Brad is a noted continuing legal education speaker, regularly in demand to provide expertise in matters of foreclosure and bankruptcy law in Mississippi.  Additionally, Brad has significant experience and expertise in analyzing title insurance claims and disputes.
